In order to ensure the control of its product cycle, the Aquaculture Tunisienne has been involved
in the establishment of a hatchery with a capacity of
20 millions quality fingers since its creation. The latter provides its own supply,
as well as the Tunisian and Mediterranean markets.
Located on a natural site, our hatchery enjoys an environmental position that promotes ideal high quality fingerlings production.
The hygienic conditions coupled with careful quality control at each stage of the production process (food organisms, eggs, larvae, and seed)
ensures full mastery of each breeding cycle.
With the adoption of modern scientific techniques in this field, the Aquaculture Tunisienne launched a genetic selection program aiming to obtain high quality fingerlings.
